My experience building complex-care and palliative care programs has given me a deep understanding of the challenges facing underserved communities and aging populations.

My expertise in Agile Product Management has equipped me with a toolkit to efficiently define problems, innovate to create sustainable solutions, and make data-driven decisions to improve the health of an organization’s bottom line while also improving the health outcomes of the people they serve.

Building Enhanced Community Care Management (ECCM), a Complex Care Management Program organized around an interdisciplinary team of healthcare providers, which has served more than 13,500 of Highmark’s high-risk members since 2016.

Expanding ECCM’s services to include community-based palliative care services, during the height of the Covid-19 pandemic, which is expected to reduce care costs by $16.7M by 2025.

Partnering with Allegheny Health Network to establish a supply chain for procurement of personal protective equipment (PPE) and other medical supplies, including creation of an online ordering portal and inventory tracking

Leading creation of ECCM’s Business Continuity Plan during the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic

Implementing AmWell Now, a virtual health platform, which enabled ECCM to utilize its existing providers to expand complex care services to members in rural counties with limited social determinants of health
